Food & Beverage service staff at Shamwari Private Game Reserve recently received intensive training from Sam Hospitality. Shamwari is 75 km outside Port Elizabeth (now Gqeberha), in Eastern Cape and comprises of seven 5 Star Lodges. It has been voted the World’s Leading Safari and Game Reserve and Conservation Company for many consecutive years.
The training could not have come at a better time after COVID_19 and as the lodges are gearing up to fully re-open and receive an influx of international and local guests for the 2022 summer high season.
