Course Overview

This is a 1-day training delivered on-site at your establishment. Front office is the face of the company. This course deals with the importance of a professional appearance when dealing with guests in a way which this enhances the image of the company. Suitable for all tourism & hospitality businesses.

 

Specific Outcomes

On completion, the learner will be able to:

 

  • Describe legislative and company procedures for dress codes and personal hygiene.
  • Stress the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene standards.

 

  • Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene according to company policy. (Range of personal hygiene: regular bathing/showering, deodorant, washing hands, smoking, cleaning teeth)

This short course is designed for new and existing staff working in the tourism and hospitality industry.
